We woke up to rain today and wet grass for Chloe dog to walk in. Tonight will be a leftovers for dinner night! We have leftover fried chicken and leftover barbecue meatloaf. Most likely we will whip up some mashed potatoes and a veggie and dinner will be yummy! The goal for today is to finish sorting charm squares to mail for the Heather Ross Charm Square Swap on Flickr and complete photographing the tutorial for the quilt top! I have also had several requests for a pattern for the nesting baskets that I made for the Sew Sew Modern 3 swap on Flickr. The requests have been added to my to do list! Well I better run for now, laundry awaits! Have a Happy Sunday and Happy Quilting!

Happy Sunday! I hope that your weekend is going along well!! Work has been extremely busy with a lot of driving. I have found my self coming home in the evenings, cooking dinner and then falling asleep from exhaustion! Yesterday was a sewing day. The Bee White Black Bee blocks were due and overdue, so the afternoon was spent working on them. The three blocks to follow are for three different Bee members. Each woman mailed out fabric and directions for their blocks. They were all very fun to make!
The completion of the blocks above puts me back on track and I am finally caught up with my Bee commitments! Today I will be working on an overdue tutorial with Windham Fabrics Colonies Solids and Such Designs Collage fabrics. I originally made this quilt with an off white background to try to meet a deadline. Unfortunately, I didn't like the the way it looked when it was complete so I got out my scissors and seam ripper and cut it apart! When Collage was released I purchased three yards of the text fabric to finish the quilt with! Sometimes better late than ugly is a more appealing option! Have you ever deconstructed a completed quilt top that you were dissatisfied with?
