Happy Tuesday night! I hope that the beginning of your week is going well! I participated in a swap called For the Love of Solids on flickr. The participants were only allowed to sew with solids and create a handmade gift for their partner. My partner was a quilter that I am in awe of and I wanted the project to be extra special. The quilt has been en route to its destination and hopefully will arrive safely. This is the mini quilt that I made for the swap:
My partner requested the color scheme and I created this modern mini for her. The quilting is straight line echo quilting. (and the colors are just yummy) I hope that she will like it! Have a Happy Tuesday evening and Happy Quilting!Tuesday, April 10, 2012
